Mac OS 10.15.3 and FortiClient VPN in the older version 6.2.2.685 on my current MacBook - and it works without a problem here. But on iMac I have Mac OS 10.15.4 and the latest FortiCleint VPN 6.2.6.737 - I had connection with SSL-VPN but I could't connect with SMB, and the bytes after conation with VPN isn't counted. It's look like blocked.
